Welding Courses

Welder Testing - BS EN ISO 9606 & BS 4872
Site visit to witness the weld procedure, test the weld test piece mechanically and produce the welder certification 

Company Welding Procedure - BSEN ISO15614-1:2004
We will write your preliminary weld procedure from information provided, Site visit to witness the weld procedure, arrange for the test piece to be tested by a NAMAS lab mechanically and then write the associated weld procedure.
 
Independent Weld Testing
Visual Weld Inspection, Dye Penetrant Weld Testing Or Magnetic Partical Testing
 
Basic Welding Courses (MMA, MIG, TIG or Plasma) - to BS4872
The ratio of trainees to instructors on the course will affect the time of instruction for each trainee. The higher the ratio the less time available for instruction, one to one being the best ratio, up to 4 trainees would be acceptable (trainees to have access to their own welding set for the duration)
There is no exact time set for the course it will be determined by the standard required by the customer, the welders ability and previous experience. A pre course assessment would help with the decision making. A Company visit would be an advantage to finalise the requirements for the course
 
Plasma Cutting
There is no exact time set for the course it will be determined by the standard required by the customer, trainee's ability and previous experience
 
Cylinder Assembly - Safe Assembly Of Oxy-Acetylene Gas Cutting Equipment
To raise the trainee's knowledge of gas regulations, and have the ability to safely assemble and heat component parts or to make basic cuts with the equipment.
 
Brazing And Bronze Welding – Silver Soldering
